Section two
Privacy notice
The controller for the processing described here is Cyber Solutions S.à r.l.-S, at the address in the previous section. There is no separate data protection officer; write to the contact address and it reaches the person responsible.
This website contains no analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies and no
embedded third-party content. Nothing on these pages contacts another
company, and nothing about your visit is sent anywhere but to our own server.
That is not a privacy gesture bolted on afterwards — it is how the site is
built, and you can verify it from the response headers, which set
Content-Security-Policy: script-src 'self': the browser may run
code from this domain and from nowhere else. The two scripts it covers are
ours and cosmetic — the short film that plays between pages, and the
scroll-driven film at /story/. Neither observes you, and
with JavaScript switched off every page here is complete.
- Server logs
- Our host and CDN record the technical data every web server records: IP address, timestamp, requested path, response status, user agent and referrer. This is used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Retention follows our host's standard log policy; we do not build profiles from these logs and we do not combine them with anything else.
- Correspondence
- If you write or call, we process what you send us in order to answer and, where relevant, to prepare an engagement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), and art. 6(1)(f) for general correspondence). Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are clearly closed; correspondence that becomes part of an engagement is kept for as long as the professional and accounting retention periods require.
- Client data during engagements
- Work is performed inside client systems wherever the engagement allows it, so client personal data usually never leaves the client's own environment. Where we do process personal data on a client's behalf, we act as a processor under a written agreement compliant with GDPR art. 28, and the client's own notice governs.
- Recipients
- Our hosting and CDN providers, as technical processors. We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and there is no advertising or marketing network of any kind involved in this site.
- Transfers outside the EU
- Our hosting and CDN providers operate global networks, and their support operations may involve access from outside the European Economic Area. Such access is governed by the transfer safeguards in each provider's data processing agreement. This website holds no client personal data.
- Your rights
- You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@cybersolutions.lu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
Section three
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. Verified
on 28 August 2026 across every page: no Set-Cookie response header
anywhere, and no storage API in use. There is no consent banner because there is
nothing to consent to, and a banner that asks permission for nothing is theatre.
If that ever changes — for example if a strictly necessary security cookie becomes unavoidable at the network layer — this section changes with it, before the cookie does.
Section four
Accessibility
This site is designed and tested against WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that means it works without a mouse, without script, at 200% zoom and with a screen reader; every moving image can be paused; and the reduced-motion setting is honoured by showing the final frame instead of the journey.
This is a statement of how the site is built, not a certification, and we do not claim conformity under any assessment scheme. If you hit a barrier, tell us at contact@cybersolutions.lu and describe what happened. Reports about accessibility are treated the same way as security reports: acknowledged, and fixed or explained.
Section five
Security disclosure
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this site or in anything we operate, we want to hear about it. Contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.
Report in good faith, stay within the scope of demonstrating the issue, and do not access, modify or exfiltrate data that is not yours. We will acknowledge the report, tell you what we found, and we will not pursue anyone who reports on those terms.
Section six
Content and links
The content of this site is general information about our practice. It is not advice on your situation, and nothing here creates an engagement or a duty of care. Regulatory descriptions on this site are technical summaries written for practitioners; they are not legal advice and they are not a substitute for reading the text that applies to you.
Where we link to another site, we link to it because it was useful at the time and we have no control over what it becomes. Text and images on this site belong to Cyber Solutions S.à r.l.-S unless stated otherwise.
Governing law is Luxembourg law, with the courts of Luxembourg City competent.
